A negative result means you landed below the cutoff, not that you had zero THC in your system.
Frequency is the variable that moves the window most. For an occasional user, the detectable period is short. For a daily user, stored THC keeps feeding metabolite back into the system, and the window stretches out. Same product, very different outcome, depending on how often it is used.
What Affects Whether You Test Positive
Trace THC does not become a positive result on its own. Several factors decide whether it crosses the line, and most of them are about you and your product rather than the test.
