First things first—read the dosage. I didn’t, and one full gummy was way more than intended because you’re supposed to portion them out. Lesson learned. Once that wore off and I started taking the correct dosage, everything was fine.
I usually take one when my back is hurting instead of reaching for ibuprofen, and it does the job. I can’t say I notice a real difference between the AM and PM versions. I only use the AM during the day, and while the PM helps with pain, I haven’t noticed a big improvement in sleep. That said, I also don’t feel groggy or have trouble waking up with either.
Overall, these have become one of my go-to gummies for pain relief. I’m subscribed and don’t plan on canceling anytime soon.

I have tried everything from Dr. Prescribed Percocet , to ketamine injections (done in a hospital setting) to try to stop the pain from a back injury that damaged my S1 root nerve (aka ridiculopathy ) honestly the P.M. pain gummies knock me completely out. It’s helpful getting me up and going tho. I am super sensitive so if I take too much, I can get anxious from it. I doubt most people will have this issues tho.
